Over 20 years ago, Felicity moved from New Zealand to Australia, inspired by its wide-open landscapes and adventurous spirit. From Sydney to Coober Pedy, her love of travel, creativity, and Australian culture led her to create Saltbush Creations and Saltbush Creations Opal, boutique brands celebrating Aussie souvenirs, gifts, and precious opals.

Now based in Adelaide and a mother of five, Felicity crafts products that honor wellbeing, gratitude, and adventure. In 2024, she launched Omniglo Botanical Skincare, using Australian botanicals to nourish the skin and promote self-care. In 2025, she introduced Fig & Sap Catering, bringing her chef’s expertise to handcrafted bakery items, specialty coffee, and a weekly bake drop for events across Adelaide.

Through all her ventures, Felicity’s mission is the same: to inspire adventure, connection, and joy in every moment.
